A business plan is to fully characterize all the basic aspects of the project. It should consist of the following parts:

"Summary",
"Description of the firm being founded and its development strategy",
"Description of the goods (services)",
"Market analysis. Marketing strategy",
"Production plan",
"Plan of carrying out the project",
"Investment plan",
"Financial plan",
"Project effectiveness showings".

ENCLOSURES:
Calculations of the financial and economic showing of the project.

General requirements for the basic parts, charts and enclosures of the project:

• Documents confirming the input data of the business plan (references to the sources used or their copies, copies of contracts or pre-contractual agreements, etc.) are to be submitted as separate enclosures to the business plan;
• A business plan is to cover the period of no less than 5 years:
• It is recommended that business plan calculations are effected in USD. In some well grounded cases other hard currencies may be used when carrying out business plan calculations;
• Comparing budget revenues (in the form of taxes and other types of payments) in case the project is carried out in a free economic zone and outside the above mentioned zone and estimating the pay off period are obligatory;
