Information for invetstors   Getting registered as a FEZ "Mogilev" resident   Documents for registration

• application;
• for legal persons of the Republic of Belarus - notarized copies of statutory documents and of a state registration certificate;
• for independent businessmen - a notarized copy of the state registration certificate, a copy of the passport (if an independent businessman is a citizen of the Republic of Belarus) or a copy of the passport translated into Belarusian (Russian) and a notarized translator's signature (if an independent businessman is a foreign citizen);
• for a foreign legal person - a notarized extract from a trade register of the country of incorporation or an equivalent proof of a legal status in accordance with the legislation of the country of incorporation, valid for the day of submitting the project. The extract is to bear the date not later than a year before the documents were submitted. It is to be translated into Belarusian or Russian and have a notarized interpreter's signature;
• for a natural person of the Republic of Belarus - a copy of the passport;
• for a foreign natural person - a copy of the passport translated into Belarusian or Russian with a notarized interpreter's signature;
• business plan of the investment project or its technical and economic basis;
• documents confirming that FEZ "Mogilev" registration fees were paid. The amount of payment is defined in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The effected payment is not refunded.
• Documents confirming the possibility of placing the above mentioned legal and natural persons in FEZ "Mogilev"
